Refund policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

1.       We accept exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 7 days of you receiving the shipment

2.       Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

1.       To raise a request, email support@indiakamaal.com or phone/WhatsApp us at +91-9152215552

2.       Upon approval, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours

3.       Re-use the original packaging, for proper care and protection

4.       Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact

5.       They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages

6.       Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return

7.       Typically, it takes 10 to 15 days to process your exchange or return request after we receive the item at our facility.

 

REFUND POLICY

1.       We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns

2.       There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests

3.       First time exchange for different style/product is free

4.       A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note

5.       Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue

 

MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

1.       A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel

2.       Mandatory Unboxing Video for missing, glass or fragile items qualify for return, exchange, or replacement.

3.       If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, begin recording before accepting it from the delivery agent.

4.       We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in

5.       Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.We will not accept any cancellation requests once the order has been placed.
